I highly recommend Delaware Beach Storage Center for many reasons: The facility is kept spotless; the rental process was seamless and the salesperson, Cindy was a delight. She was so courteous and professional from "signing on the dotted line" to responding expeditiously to any questions that I had in the approximate 2 months that I rented 2 units. When my units were emptied, the owner, Timarie came early to open the doors so that my movers could get started immediately. Lastly the facility is lite up so you can feel safe and it's easy to get to from Coastal Highway. Don't think twice if you're looking for a great place to keep your personal belongings. :-)

Our experience has been top notch from beginning with our search (getting estimates and tour), to making decision on unit, and through actual move in day. The team has been awesome. So patient throughout, including multiple storage unit changes based on our needs constantly changing. Also, having access to a moving van is an incredible additional benefit. The storage unit and hallways are always very clean. Would highly recommend DE Beach Storage!!!!!
Last year we decided to move from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Our house was being built in Rehoboth and we had it perfectly planned to have the movers move us directly right into our house in Rehoboth. Unfortunately, the unexpected happened and the gas wasn’t able to be hooked up, which delayed us two months. We were in panic mode, because our house in Myrtle Beach was sold, and we had no choice but to get our stuff out when we had planned. What were we gonna do?? We didn’t know about any of the storage areas and honestly we were a little nervous to put our life into someone else’s property we knew nothing about. A friend told us there is no better place than Delaware Beach Storage. God bless our friends because they were point on! The place was as clean as what the word clean means. The friendliness, The professionalism, honestly was unreal. The rates were amazing. We left our life savings in the hands of a family owned business built on love, kindness and integrity! We are beyond happy, impressed and most importantly, leaving our guard down took so much stress off an already stressful situation. We give them the highest rating possible and we will always have them in our view to offer up to anyone we know… Thank you for making our move enjoyable….

Fantastic facility!!! Great customer service from both Timarie and Cindy. My Wife and I are building a house and moving to DE from out of state. When we visit DE to check on the progress of our house, we also stop a Delaware Beach Storage to put a few items into our storage locker. Facility is clean, bright and perfectly maintained. Great experience all around!!!
Clean, good climate control. Security and accessibility are very good. And everyone in the office knew what they were doing. If I need another storage unit, I wouldn’t look anywhere else.
I was very impressed with both the facility and the personnel at the Delaware Beach Storage Center. The units were clean and easily accessible. The security system is pretty comprehensive. And the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Also, having access to the inexpensive truck rental was a big plus! I highly recommend it!

I have used DE Beach Storage for years (since they opened) both with an inside unit and an outside spot for our rv. The facility is super clean and well maintained and SAFE! I never worry about our camper outside. Great staff too. Highly recommend.

These people were great! They were very accommodating when we moved our entire house to the units at night and when we downsized to smaller units over the years. The units were clean and climate-controlled and the people always listened to our needs. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everytime I go there, which is monthly, the acting attendant (front counter person) has always been exceptionally nice, and professional.
Moving from Brooklyn N.Y. down to Lewes has been very stressful. The one thing that has been not been stressful has been dealing with Delaware Beach Storage Center! Tamarie and Cindy are complete professionals. The storage units are clean and it is very easy to bring your items in. We highly recommend that you use this facility!
